The Team
Laura Bindloss
Founder, Designer Home Tours + Nylon ConsultingLaura Bindloss launched Designer Home Tours in 2022 as a sister company to Nylon Consulting, the PR, social, and content agency she founded in 2014 after working in-house for a luxury fabric house in London and a design-focused startup in New York.
Over the past twelve years, Nylon has grown from a one-woman operation into an award-winning agency with clients across the U.S., Canada, and the UK — building national brands out of previously unknown designers, securing collaborations with institutions like The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and launching startups alongside historic brands.
DHT was a natural extension of that work. Laura's focus has always been discoverability — not just how people find a brand today, but how they continue to find it. DHT puts the designers she believes in in front of the audiences they deserve.
Simon Bindloss
Chief Revenue OfficerAs Chief Revenue Officer, Simon leads sales and business development for Designer Home Tours, building the brand partnerships that fund the show and drive its growth. He identifies and develops new revenue opportunities that align with the company's vision, while spearheading the operational initiatives that keep the business running day to day. In addition to Designer Home Tours, Simon also leads New Business and Operations at Nylon Consulting alongside his wife, Laura.
Simon brings over two decades of experience in global finance to that work, with a background that includes roles at BlackRock, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and UBS. That financial background shapes how he structures and evaluates partnerships, bringing a rigor to deal-making that a media-only background wouldn't.
Outside of work, Simon spends his time on his bike, on the tennis court, and with his two kids.
Eliza Lawrence
Producer & Editor, Designer Home ToursEliza is the producer and editor behind Designer Home Tours' visual storytelling, bringing a background in Radio-Television-Film and hands-on experience across production environments to every episode. Her collaborative, audience-focused approach is grounded in a genuine love of media and entertainment.
She's driven by creating video content that resonates with viewers and drives engagement, whether that's a home design documentary, a podcast production, or a social campaign. Her expertise spans the full production pipeline, from pre-production planning through final edit, with hands-on proficiency in Avid, Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
Outside of work, you'll find her at a concert or spending time outdoors.
